Nicole Mager is a Vice-Principal at Windsor Park Collegiate, a grade 9-12 high school. Nicole worked extensively with at-risk youth as a foster parent of a group home and as a summer program coordinator for Winnipeg's disadvantaged youth. Nicole has a passion for working with children and seeing them succeed through a foundation of the Circle of Courage. Nicole feels that, "every child needs at least one adult who is irrationally crazy about him or her." (Urie Bronfenbrenner ) Through deliberate work on creating a sense of Belonging with children, we are able to watch them flourish.
