Dionne Deer is  the Principal at Glenlawn Collegiate School in Winnipeg. Glenlawn is a Grade 9-12 high school of about 1200 students. Dionne has held multiple positions within Louis Riel School Division both at the school and divisional level. The experience gained from Physical Education Coordinator, Indigenous Education Coordinator, Vice Principal of 2 Elementary Schools and her time as a teacher has formed the foundation to guide her work in successful transitions to and in the completion of high school.
