Leadership is a choice, not a position
The key to any successful organization (district, school or family) is the ability to establish trusting relationships. This highly interactive, engaging session will focus on how to establish trusting relationships through principle centered leadership.  Participants will learn that the trust begins with the core 4 of credibility (Integrity, Intent, Capabilities and Results), once we have established our own credibility, we can develop trusting relationships. Participants will learn the power of language, the skill of listening and how to apply these leadership principles in their daily interactions. Participants will leave the day with leadership tools they can apply tomorrow
