This presentation focuses on using school resources to design a structure that targets the common struggle of successful high school transition.  Delegates will benefit from this session as it will have them experience a structure that was put into 2 high school in the same district and its proven success on student attendance, engagement and academic achievement. Delegates will also be able to ask questions about resources, strategies and other potential obstacle they may be facing when trying to support their transition.
