Creativity. Businesses want to harness it in their employees. Educators want to foster it in their students. Schools want to inspire it in their teachers. Parents want to encourage it in their children. But how do we teach it? How do we measure it? How do we design creativity into an educational system that seems to discourage it at every turn? Join Rebecca Hare, industrial designer and educator, in a hands-on exploration of creativity. You’ll leave with some simple strategies that designers use to solve problems and generate innovative solutions that will empower you and your students as creatorsLunch on Monday and Tuesday will be in the Cascade/Conservatory Rooms and also the Van Horne Ballroom.
